• The IPTV function is disabled in the router web interface settings. It does not matter which port is specified; if it is set to off, then there is no IPTV.
• There is no Internet. If there is no TV, there is no TV. Check it out on any mobile or desktop device. There can be many reasons for the absence - from non-payment to incorrect settings.
• Your TV subscription has expired. If you buy it separately, make sure you pay the subscription fee on time.
