If your balance is 0, don't worry, this may be normal. Please note the subscription status: active or not (see photo). If it is active, then you don't need to worry.

The fact is that the balance will be non-zero (positive) only if there are undistributed funds in the account (for example, the subscription was not activated automatically or there was a balance from previous payments, i.e. money in excess of what was needed to pay for the selected subscriptions) .

The easiest way to find out about crediting funds is to use the receiver. This is a special device for exchanging data with a satellite. Each user has a unique number and has their own number. Depending on this number, the presence of a link to a specific personal account of the company subscriber is determined.

The account number and all user data are entered into the database. Using the control menu, you can go to settings to check your balance. An equally reliable source of information will be the official website, where the equipment identification number is indicated in the required section.

Why is there 0 rubles on my balance even though I paid?

Let us explain with an example how this can happen.

Let's assume you have no active subscriptions (the paid period has expired) and your renewal rate is 1,500 rubles per year. You deposited 1500 rubles into your account. What will you see in LC? : Balance-0 rub, active subscription-365 (other number) days. This is a normal situation. Money should immediately turn into days. (You bought 365 days of viewing for 1,500 rubles, so you no longer have money, but you have days of viewing “bought” with them).

Sometimes it may happen that you have 1,500 rubles in your balance, but there are no active days of viewing, then the subscription must be activated manually. How to do this is described below.

The personal account balance will most often be equal to 0, because the balance is “extra” money in addition to what was used to pay for Tricolor services. For example, if you paid for services in advance or an amount greater than what was needed to activate the packages (for example, the tariff is 1500 rubles, but you deposited 2000 rubles: 1500 will go towards paying for the package, and 500 rubles will remain on your personal account).

What is a Personal Account

The Tricolor personal account (aka personal account) is your personal “piggy bank” of funds in Tricolor. All money deposited by the subscriber to his Tricolor ID or contract number goes there. They are spent on paying for Tricolor service packages. Unspent (extra) funds remain in the account until the next payment deadline for the main package arrives. You can also use them to pay for an additional package or transfer them to your other Tricolor ID.

Attention! If there are funds in your personal account, they will automatically be spent on the first completed subscription (if there are enough). Automatic renewal of services is enabled by default. If you want to renew services manually, then auto renewal can be disabled (see photo)

How do I find out what Tricolor tariff I have?

You can find out what Tricolor tariff (package) you have in the subscriber’s Personal Account on the main page (see photo). There is also a list of connected channels and active services, the name of the package, its cost and expiration date.

In some cases, the tariff can be changed. You can also check the availability of a tariff change in your personal account (see photo).

If only your current tariff is indicated in the drop-down list (as in the screenshot), then changing it is impossible. Most often, the tariff change occurs in the direction of increasing its cost (from Unified 1500 rubles to UnifiedUltra 2500 rubles) or is simply limited to “with/without extension”.

The main packages at the moment are the “SINGLE” and “SINGLE ULTRA” package. In LC, in addition to the main package, all additional packages and Tricolor services available for connection are also presented, as well as various services offered by the operator (Tricolor Smart Home, video surveillance, satellite Internet).

Currently active packages and subscriptions can be viewed without a Personal Account on the tricolor.tv website. To do this, you need to enter your Tricolor ID in the verification field. As a result, you will see the name of your active package and its expiration date, or the message “You have no active services” if your subscriptions have expired. You will not see the money in your personal account here; to do this, you need to go to your Personal Account.

Verification methods

To check the Tricolor TV balance, you just need to know the ID of the equipment you have installed. This identification number is assigned to each receiving device and consists of 14-16 digits. When depositing funds for packages with monthly payments, please pay attention to the following information! Even if you deposited money into the payment account for such a package for several months, for example, MATCH PREMIER for 4 months (299 rubles x 4 = 1196 rubles), it does not mean that you will watch this package for all 4 months. Why? For the first month, 299 rubles will be charged, and in the following months the cost of the package may change (for example, it will become 319 rubles) and, therefore, you will not have enough money for the 4th month and the package will not be activated. You cannot fix the price for a monthly package for more than a month, even if you have paid for the whole year in advance.

We check the boxes for everything we want to pay: you can check one package or several at once and click the “Pay” button. The payment details page opens with a list of selected packages, the amount to be paid and the choice of payment method: Bank card, from a mobile phone account or through a fast payment system . When paying by credit card, pay attention to the check mark (see photo). This checkbox is checked by default and if you do not remove it, not only will your bank card be linked, but auto payment will also be activated.
