Blocking a program by geographic location NTV

NTV PLUS is a carefully designed hardware solutions and methods for authorizing users who wish to receive paid satellite television content. But what if errors occur? No software or hardware environment is immune from this. Failures also occur during the operation of NTV PLUS equipment. Users should always maintain close communication with the service provider to resolve difficulties promptly. You can fix some of the problems yourself.

Hardware failures or incorrect configuration

In case of equipment failures, a negative account balance, or incorrect access card encoding, the following error texts may be displayed on the TV screen:

  • no access rights to the program;
  • no access rights to the channel;
  • the channel is encrypted.

Eliminating all errors should begin with a simple and understandable procedure: checking the account balance and the activity of ordered subscriptions . It is in this case that the message “No access rights to the channel” is displayed.

TV set-top box failure

If the settings of the TV set-top box fail, they must be reinitialized. To do this, disconnect the device from the network and remove the access card. Then the set-top box turns on. Here you select one of the channels of the ordered paid subscription. After this, the subscriber identification card is inserted.

TV expansion module

A CI card, inserted into a special connector on the TV, is a convenient hardware tool for watching NTV PLUS broadcasts. If the settings in this module fail, you can try to initialize it in the same way as the set-top box.

  1. If the image does not appear on the screen, reset the expansion card parameters according to the operating instructions for the TV, enter the expansion interface management section. Its name may include the abbreviation CI or simply the phrase “embedded interface.”
  2. After entering the settings section, you should enter the Information block.
  3. Here you can find the Factory settings item.
  4. After activating the command, the expansion card will be reset.
  5. To apply the new settings, you need to turn off and turn on the TV again. After this, the card is initialized using the same algorithm as the set-top box.

If both methods of eliminating the problem did not help, you need to re-configure the TV channels. How exactly to do this for satellite broadcasts can be found in the model’s operating instructions. For TVs from some manufacturers, the setup algorithm is given on the official NTV PLUS website.

Invalid card

Errors like “incorrect hardware settings, contact your operator” or “smart card blocked”, “card error” are caused by both hardware problems and incorrect identification key encoding . First, you should try to reinitialize the receiving device.

  1. Check the position of the card in the reader. If an error is detected, it is pulled out and inserted correctly. You should find out exactly how to do this from the operating instructions for the set-top box or TV expansion card.
  2. Make sure that the TV set-top box is functioning correctly. If you are not sure of this fact, you should contact the service center of the model manufacturer or the seller of the specific equipment.
  3. Disconnect the set-top box or TV with the expansion card inserted. Remove the card from the reader and check that it is placed correctly. After re-installing the device identifier, turn on and check the operation of satellite television.

If these methods do not help get rid of the problems, most likely the smart card is faulty. It can only be replaced at branches of NTV PLUS. There the ID will be checked and a new one will be made if necessary.

No signal

Very rarely, a missing or weak signal error is caused by incorrect channel encoding. In most cases, you need to look for the cause in the hardware modules for receiving satellite broadcasts . The simplest troubleshooting measures include:

  • checking the cleanliness and, if necessary, servicing the surface of the antenna deflector;
  • elimination of icing of both the deflector and the converter;
  • checking that the antenna is configured correctly and that it is carefully and firmly mounted;
  • examination of the cable structure, search for breaks, creases, cable abrasions and elimination of identified deficiencies;
  • checking the contacts of F-connectors, necessary cleaning.

Serious problems can arise from breakdowns of the converter, as well as the TV set-top box itself or the TV expansion card. Therefore, if simple troubleshooting methods do not help, you should seek qualified help.

Other possible errors

If the access card has been in the subscriber’s possession for more than five years, the error “Smart card memory is full” may occur. The only solution is to replace it. You can quickly change your card at any NTV-Plus office.

If there is no customer service point nearby, there is an option to send by mail. To do this, you must fill out an application digitally. The sample is located on the provider’s official website in the “Forms and Documents” section: ntvplus.ru/abonents/downloads.

Another common problem is the messages: “No network” or “Weak signal”. The reason for this may be a number of internal and external factors :

  1. the antenna-receiver connection is broken;
  2. adverse weather conditions;
  3. antenna icing;
  4. faulty splitter;
  5. the antenna tuning has gone wrong;
  6. cable break;
  7. faulty receiver.

To correctly configure the antenna and repair the TV set-top box, specialized equipment is required. Considering the rather high cost of the equipment, it is more advisable to call an NTV-Plus specialist.

Where to go if you can’t fix problems yourself

If the user does not have sufficient qualifications to troubleshoot problems or simple methods do not help, it is worth requesting the help of specialists. Their mandatory list looks like this:

  • subscriber service of the television company, telephones, email, messenger contacts of which are listed on the official website of NTV PLUS;
  • the company or individual specialists who installed the equipment and carried out its initial configuration;
  • service centers of companies that produced certain components of the satellite television reception system.

It is recommended to use these coordinates first. After all, even when working independently, you must follow safety rules. Equipped with all the necessary equipment, NTV PLUS specialists will efficiently and quickly perform even such a simple operation as cleaning the deflector. And most importantly, they will do it completely safely and with a guaranteed good result.

To the attention of NTV+ subscribers who were deprived of the opportunity to watch NTV+ broadcasts!!!

On June 25, NTV+ changed the broadcast data stream from the satellite, which affected the operation of the new type cards (serial number 0325). The way out of this situation for owners of new cards is to replace the receiver software (with a built-in card reader) or the Viaccess module software. Information about the new software will appear on our website soon. Stay tuned for changes.

Attention! Dear readers. This article was written back in 2001 and has since been only slightly edited several times. Since then, a lot has changed. The basic concepts (antenna, converter, multifeed, receiver...), naturally, have remained the same, but new technologies and modern developments have radically changed everything that is discussed in this publication. In the near future, I plan to write a new edition of this article, which would reflect the modern realities of the market for equipment for receiving satellite television.

To the attention of NTV+ subscribers who were deprived of the opportunity to watch NTV+ broadcasts.

Yesterday we learned that the popular satellite TV broadcaster NTV+ unexpectedly made changes to its stream, which led to the fact that viewing NTV+ TV programs was blocked for a number of official subscribers of this broadcaster (who had already received cards from NTV+ of a new type ). Here we are talking, naturally, only and exclusively about the most genuine legal officially paying NTV+ subscribers with a positive balance. (That is, those about whom the broadcaster could take care, at least occasionally.)

As far as we have been able to find out, the situation is as follows: NTV+, like any other self-respecting broadcaster, is fighting illegal viewing of its television programs (through pirated cards, as well as through “sharing” technology). To do this, new nano-commands are being introduced into the information flow, which are aimed at complicating the work of sharing technologies, to combat pirated cards, etc. Naturally, this is a completely obvious and justified step, used by any European television broadcaster. With only one “but”!!! It is obvious to all decent broadcasters in Europe that such changes must be carried out without prejudice to official subscribers. Because a long-term paying subscriber is the company’s greatest asset.

The NTV+ company (which was a monopolist in the pay television market for about ten years) - apparently due to its history - was unable to overcome its traditional attitude towards clients. And she once again showed how much she “respects” her clients.

Naturally, if you call the NTV+ support service today, they will immediately explain to you that you are the one who is wrong, and that you should have bought “NTV+ approved equipment.” And they would be somewhat right if in the case of this company (and campaign) the following did not exist:

1. The list of approved equipment would not change like a chameleon. For example, those who bought the highly recommended X-SAT 300 (or even more so, X-SAT 200) in 1998 encountered serious problems already in 2003, when several tens of percent of receivers broke down when trying to automatically download software from a satellite. Subscribers were told “Throw it away - we don’t recommend it anymore, buy a Humax.” And now they will tell you to buy a new Samsung instead of the old Humax. And two years ago, Opentel was recommended (and where is the new software for it now???) I turn it around as I want. By the way, if in Europe the replacement of equipment for subscribers is always paid for by the broadcaster, then “here” no one will offer you this.

2. If NTV+ would broadcast in some kind of “ntvcrypt” standard, and would not have signed agreements with Viaccess, the copyright holder for the encoding used by NTV+. And we see this “Viaccess” logo on every subscriber’s contract, on all subscriber receivers, AND ON EVERY SMART CARD that is sold to subscribers. As you know, the “Viaccess” logo, legally applied, means that it has been confirmed by an official certificate of compliance with the Viaccess standard, and all equipment with such a “logo” is simply obliged to work 100% reliably with any broadcaster working in the Viaccess . And the broadcaster (“NTV+”) must transmit in its stream only commands allowed by the standard and only in the permitted order .

Everything is so simple and clear. There is a standard, it must be observed (here questions can be asked both on NTV+ and Viaccess). It would be possible to put an end to history. But there is something else that NTV+ may not have thought enough about.

Let's look around - and note that despite some attempts - it still turned out that it was impossible to force everyone to drive Zhiguli and Moskvich cars (there will definitely be "renegades" who for some reason want to drive VW, Mercedes and , it’s even scary to say, on a Porsche!!!). It’s just as stupid to force all NTV+ subscribers to watch only “approved Samsung.” By the way, in such a technical restriction on the possibility of using models that are 100% technically compatible according to the Viaccess standard (there are dozens of items of equipment certified for Viaccess + certified for import into Russia), many lawyers see a violation of antitrust laws. But we’re not talking about that now. There are people who are not satisfied with this Samsung, and these people bought other receivers approved and certified by Viaccess. Or receivers with a Common Interface slot (by the way, a mandatory condition for selling a receiver in Europe, in accordance with European anti-trust legislation), in which the official and certified Viaccess module is installed. Buying an alternative receiver is the only option to get a completely adequate receiver instead of the usual “consumer goods”, namely:

  • A receiver with a digital output via HDMI, with a decently working up-scaling function, for higher quality viewing on large panels of TV channels in normal resolution.
  • A receiver with a PVR function, that is, with the ability to record TV programs and watch them at a convenient time. And also receivers with the “Time-shift” function - that is, with the ability to pause a “live” broadcast as needed, rewind, etc. That is, functions that are very important for modern people, who, of course, do not have too much free time.

By the way, we know for certain that the majority of understanding people, such as the heads of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, the Moscow City Hall, owners of banks, enterprises and many managers from the “Top 1000 of Russia” do not use Samsung to watch NTV+. (We won't say what equipment they use because this is not a promotional article). But to be honest, it’s no secret that for some reason the managers of NTV+ themselves don’t even take Samsung to their dacha (why would that be?), but use larger and more serious receivers (and which are on the list of “recommended NTV+ " No).

Well, let's see, what happened? And it turned out as in the immortal words “We wanted the best, but it turned out as always.” In the spirit of the best traditions of the fight against piracy (as was the case last fall), we are seeing a most amusing picture. Unscrupulous “pirates” have already repelled this attack; for them it’s just an unpleasant couple of hours. But the best and most solvent NTV+ subscribers (that is, those who cannot be lured by Samsung) - as always, got the money. (Thank God, not everyone - for example, those who purchased the Aston module - were not affected.)

Well, how can one not say - oh, Chernomyrdin was right, oh, how right! What about the future?

And there are two options:

1. NTV+ will come to its senses, stop treating subscribers this way - and return its stream to the Viaccess standard. And everyone will be happy.

2. NTV+ will show willpower and will insist on its right “what I want to do with the stream, I’ll do it,” which will force everyone to upgrade the equipment software. Of course, no one will downgrade to Samsung anyway, but satellite companies - although they will survive an unpleasant couple of weeks, will only earn more in the end - will simply update old modules and receivers with new firmware, or offer clients to buy a more expensive, but the Aston module, etc., is more protected from such “escapades” with the flow.

However, in the case of the second option, there is another disadvantage for clients. NTV+ will make it more difficult for its subscribers to work with PVR; more precisely, it will take away some of the functions from PVR receivers. Problems may arise with decoding previously recorded programs (despite the presence of a completely valid paid subscription card), as well as with viewing programs in “Time-shift” mode. Well, so be it. There is no longer a monopoly on broadcasting, and subscribers willingly migrate to the more adequate Orion-Express, Raduga, etc.

Also, we really wouldn’t like it, but it may turn out that such “measures to combat piracy” will only push people to illegal viewing, because “illegals” don’t need to change the firmware or figure it out: their issues have already been resolved , and you don’t need to change anything at all. We really wish this didn't happen.

For our part, let us explain:

We are making every effort to restore normal operation of the equipment. At the moment, official SMiT CAM modules and receivers with official Viaccess are affected: Topfield TF6200VI. Perhaps some other models (all models are being rechecked). The stream analysis has been completed, the stream has been recorded and sent to the manufacturers, and we are expecting software for ALL affected receivers and modules in the near future.

We apologize for the temporary inconveniences, although everyone can draw their own conclusions about their true cause. We hope that the situation will be resolved in the near future.

How to become a subscriber to NTV PLUS?

Check if your locality falls within the coverage area

Broadcasting of NTV-PLUS channels is carried out on the territory of the Russian Federation, where there is a technical capability confirmed by NTV-PLUS to receive the signal of TV channels from the following satellites:

  • Eutelsat 36B and Express-AMU1 - in the NTV-PLUS West broadcast zone;
  • "Express-AT1" - in the NTV-PLUS Vostok broadcasting zone;
  • "Express-AT2" - in the NTV-PLUS Far East broadcasting zone.

Purchase and install the necessary equipment

Register a subscription agreement and activate the card

To register a subscription agreement, the following information is required: subscriber agreement number, NTV-PLUS card number, full name of the subscriber, date of conclusion of the agreement, equipment installation address, contact address and telephone number, model of digital TV set-top box (or TV module), its serial number, desired connection date and selected subscription option.

You can choose the method of registering the agreement:

  • register the contract yourself using a special form on the website
  • provide information under the contract to the subscriber service operator by phone or 8-800-555-67-89;
  • send a scanned copy of the completed agreement to [email protected] or by fax. In this case, the registration of the agreement is carried out within 7 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the agreement.

Please note that the start of the provision of services is the date of registration of the contract. If necessary, you can postpone the start date of services to a later date. To do this, it is necessary, simultaneously with providing information for registering the contract, to send to NTV-PLUS an application in free form to postpone the start of the provision of services.

The original subscription agreement (first copy), if you have it in your hands, must be sent to NTV-PLUS by mail to the address: 117587, Moscow, Varshavskoe shosse, 125, building 1, section 10, Subscriber Service Directorate LLC "NTV-PLUS"

Internal reasons for the lack of NTV-Plus signal

If you have ruled out all external causes, most likely the problem is in your equipment that receives the satellite signal. Now we need to check it.

The plate has gone astray

The NTV-Plus satellite dish may change its position over time or become deformed.

How to find out: find out if the plate is fastened tightly enough.

How to fix: if your antenna is “walking,” try moving it in different directions while simultaneously observing the signal. If it appears, tighten the fastening nuts. But it is best to entrust the antenna setup to a professional by calling a specialist from an authorized company.

Snow/ice on the plate or other foreign objects

The presence of snow and ice on a satellite dish can also interfere with signal reception.

How to find out: a visual inspection of the plate for the presence of ice and snow, as well as mechanical damage, will be enough to identify it.

How to fix: Carefully clean the plate, removing any excess from it.

The converter on the plate is broken

The satellite converter (signal converter) is located directly on the dish itself and therefore can be subject to external influences. Often a malfunction of the converter is the reason for the lack of an NTV-Plus signal.

How to find out: replace your converter with another one that is known to be working.

How to fix: if replacing helped, leave the new converter on the satellite dish.

Damage to the cable or cable connections

How to find out: Inspect the cable for breaks or damage, and also check how well the F-connectors are screwed in.

How to fix: if the cable is damaged, replace it and tighten the F-connectors.

Receiver malfunction

The receiver is the most expensive part of the kit.

How to find out: if you have such an opportunity, connect your receiver to another antenna that you are sure is working. If there is a signal, the problem is not with the receiver.

How to fix it: if the NTV-Plus receiver is broken, it needs to be repaired or replaced with a new one.

The message “No Signal” is shown by the TV itself

It happens that the message “No signal” has nothing to do with the operation of the NTV-Plus satellite dish, but is displayed directly by the TV system.

How to find out: press the OK button on the NTV-Plus remote control. If the list of channels does not appear on your TV screen, this means that its settings have gone wrong.

How to fix: using the TV remote control, select in its menu exactly the input to which the receiver is connected.

Basic customer service issues

Why is there a negative balance on his account after concluding a subscription agreement?

After concluding a subscription agreement, an invoice is issued for payment of services (connection cost + cost of the ordered subscription). Then the amount of the initial advance payment made upon receipt of the subscription kit is credited. The period for crediting funds can be up to 15 working days. Once payments are received, the balance will change.

What to do if the initial payment has not been received into the contract account?

Send by e-mail or fax to 8(495)755-56-69 a copy of the payment document for payment of the initial advance payment with the note “to search for the initial payment under agreement XXXXXXXXXXX”.

Site management

By registering on the site and thus gaining access to your “Personal Account”, you will quickly be able to:

  • check and top up your account balance;
  • change the subscription option, as well as suspend or resume the provision of services*;
  • change personal data - correspondence delivery address, contact phone number, e-mail;
  • obtain information about crediting and debiting funds;
  • take advantage of lucrative offers and join promotions;
  • order ;
  • take advantage of .

* Changing the subscription is possible “from the current moment” and “from the next month” of viewing.

From now on, it is only possible to order a package of channels in addition to the current subscription, and the cost of the added package will be debited from the subscription agreement in full from the moment the agreement is activated in the current month, regardless of the date of change in the subscription. It is not possible to change the subscription for the current month of viewing downwards, since access rights to the package have already been granted.

It is possible to change the subscription option (including reducing the package of ordered channels) or suspend broadcasting from the next month of viewing no later than 5 working days before the end of the current month of viewing.

"NTV-Plus" has come up with a new front in the fight against "piracy"

Telecom Business

TV and radio Legislation

23 June 2015 13:06 23 Jun 2015 13:06 |
Share The NTV-Plus operator has found a new way to combat cardsharing, a scheme that allows you to illegally watch operator channels.
Now access to sites promoting this type of service has begun to be blocked by Roskomnadzor. Roskomnadzor joined the fight against satellite “pirates”

Roskomnadzor included five resources selling cardsharing services in the Register of Prohibited Sites. The decision to block these sites was made by the Moscow City Court based on claims by the satellite operator NTV-Plus, within the framework of the “anti-piracy” law. The Moscow City Court file lists claims against two such sites: billing.zargacum.net and shara.tv.

What is cardsharing

Cardsharing is a scheme for illegally watching satellite TV channels using the Internet. “Pirate” installs a satellite decoder and a smart card for access to the operator’s TV channels. At the same time, he offers owners of satellite equipment to buy from him access to the corresponding TV channels “cheaply” and pay with electronic money.

Access codes, which are generated by the “pirate” card, are distributed from a special server via the Internet to satellite decoders of “clients”. To receive client codes, the decoder must have Internet access (via Ethernet, Wi-Fi or 3G) and the ability to install special software (for this purpose, decoders running Linux OS are used for card sharing).

According to the cardsharing scheme, access to packages of all Russian satellite operators is sold: NTV-Plus, Tricolor-TV, Orion-Express. Access to foreign channels and operators is also sold. At the same time, the cost of the full package of NTV-Plus TV channels from the operator itself is i1750 per month, while for the “pirates” it costs $5 per month. Similarly, watching the Dozhd TV channel from a satellite costs i250 per month, while for “pirates” it costs $0.5 per month.

Previously, NTV-Plus had repeatedly sought to initiate criminal cases against “pirates” operating under the cardsharing scheme. The first such case occurred in 2008. However, blocking access to sites selling cardsharing services has become a new method for the operator to fight.

As NTV-Plus representative Alexey Prokhorov

, this opportunity became available to the operator after the expanded version of the “anti-piracy” law came into force on May 1, 2015.

One digital window will appear for all social departments

IT in the public sector

What has changed since May 1, 2015

“Now the law makes it possible to hold accountable not only persons who illegally use objects of copyright and related rights, but also those who provide information about the methods and means of illegal access to these objects,” says Prokhorov. “Our company has consistently advocated for the introduction of such amendments to the legislation, thanks to which manipulations that create conditions for card sharing began to fall under the scope of several articles of the Criminal Code.”

The fight against cardsharing is complicated by the fact that the servers through which access codes are distributed are located outside Russia. “Therefore, at present, the only effective method of combating is to block user access to cardsharing resources,” Prokhorov explained. “Such blocking should result in both the termination of access and the inability of the end user to obtain the pirated service.”

Representatives of another satellite operator, Tricolor TV, noted that they are implementing a whole range of measures to combat card sharing. “For more than three years we have been working against sites where the relevant services are advertised,” explained the operator’s press service. — We send official complaints to the site owners and/or server owners demanding that they remove information from the site or block it. As a rule, information is deleted immediately after our request - more than 200 such cases have already been successfully processed. However, last year we had to resort to the help of Roskomnadzor, and after the regulator’s order, the site was closed. In addition, Tricolor TV actively cooperates with investigative authorities not only in Russia, but also in the CIS.”

NTV LITE: Setting up the antenna.

Task. Turn on the receiver to adjust the antenna so that, using the tuning scales, you achieve maximum values for the level and quality of the signal from the satellite.

Plan.

1. Connect the Humax va 4sd receiver to the TV. Here we will describe ways to connect the receiver to the TV.

2. Go to the “Antenna Installation” panel with adjustment scales for signal intensity and quality.

3. Set up the antenna.

4. We search for channels.

Let's act.

1. Take the receiver out of the packaging. Install the smart card into the receiver. The card is installed in the receiver compartment, located in the lower right corner of the front panel of the receiver under the hinged cover. The card is inserted into the slot with the chip facing down and away from you. If you did everything correctly, then after installing the card in the slot, its number is visible.

· If the TV has a SCART input (wide connector), connect the TV and the receiver using the SCART-SCART cord supplied with the receiver. This is the most preferred option for connecting devices.

· If the TV has only an RCA input (the so-called “bells”), we connect the TV and receiver with a 3 RCA-3RCA cord (purchased separately, not included in the package).

· The third connection option is using a high-frequency cord connected to the antenna socket of the TV and the “RF OUT” socket of the receiver. With the receiver turned on, search for channels on the TV according to the TV instructions. The TV itself will tune to the receiver channel.

2. When you turn on the receiver for the first time, a message is displayed on the screen (Use the automatic setup procedure for NTV PLUS-NET) - (language-Russian-OK) - (Country-Russia-OK). You are taken to the “Antenna Installation” panel, at the bottom of the screen there are settings scales. Now you can start pointing the antenna at the satellite. When correctly pointing at the satellite, BOTH scales light up. Achieve maximum levels of intensity and, especially, signal quality. The level scale may periodically light up spontaneously, which does not indicate correct pointing to the satellite.

3. The procedure for setting up the antenna itself is quite well described on the Internet.

Short.

It is assumed that the location for installing the antenna has already been selected, and from your point of view, it is freely “illuminated” by the signal from the satellite. In other words, the satellite is “visible”. Let us recall that the properties of a radio signal from a satellite are similar to the properties of light. This is the straightness of propagation and the absence of a signal in the shadow.

We install the antenna in the working position: for an antenna with a diameter of 55 and 80 centimeters from the vertical position of the mirror with a tilt of 3 degrees from the converter (slightly up), for an antenna with a diameter of 60 and 90 centimeters from the vertical position of the mirror with a tilt of 3 degrees to the converter (slightly down ). We point the antenna south (by compass -173 degrees). Very slowly turn the antenna within small limits relative to the direction of 173 degrees. We control the intensity and quality scales. When the scales are illuminated, we achieve maximum signal quality values. For an antenna of 60 cm, it is almost always possible to achieve a 100 percent quality level. Attention! No need to search for channels!

4. So, you are in the “Antenna Installation” panel.

We exit it by pressing the left button on the joystick of the receiver remote control. Now you are in the “Installation” panel. Go to the line (factory settings) - (continue? - yes - OK) - (password - 0000)…….wait.

The receiver reboots. A message is displayed on the screen (Use the automatic tuning procedure NTV-PLUS-YES-OK). A list of ALL NTVPLUS channels is being built. The channels of the light package start with number 961.

The message “Program is blocked by geographic location” may appear on the screen. What does this mean?

  • Your agreement has not been registered. Check with your equipment dealer. You can check the fact of registration yourself. Call tel. (495) 755 67 89 to the NTV subscriber department, state the contract number and the subscriber's last name. The contract is not always at hand. Instead of the contract number, you can give the number of the card that is in the receiver. If you are in St. Petersburg, it is not necessary to call Moscow. Dial 346 81 98. At the end of the month it is difficult to get through
  • Your contract is registered. (A situation typical for newly purchased equipment) Leave the receiver and TV on for a while and everything will work. How long will it take to activate the card, you ask? Within 24 hours the channels will start showing. In practice, this time does not exceed one hour.
  • There are insufficient funds in the personal account. Check with the customer service department.
  • The message “Program blocked by geographic location” is not displayed on all channels. Some channels are working. Apparently you have blocked those channels that are not included in your subscription.
  • Your contract has been registered, but your subscription has not been activated. Notify your customer service operator of your desire to activate your subscription.

Summary.
We call the subscriber department and find out about the registration of the contract, the status of the subscription, the balance of funds and the subscription option. Note: On our website you can read the article “ How to configure the Humax VA-4SD (NTV LITE) receiver.” For experienced users."
