I have a new UE43NU7020 and I'm disappointed that when I turn it on I get a loud, blaring stream of ads from a pay TV company called Rakuten under the guise of an app called TV plus.
This is unacceptable on many levels.
- Clearly an intrusion into my TV defaulting to streaming (via my internet connection, not the Samsung), an attempt to lure me into buying something I don't want
- It's a fact that my TV crashes about 50% of the time when this commercial comes on.

- This TV's interface freezes and crashes when I turn it on because of this annoying and unwanted app when all I want to do is run Plex, Twitch or sometimes Youtube, but most of the time whatever I have plugged into the USB port. I can't do this half the time due to the fact that the TV Plus app streams Asian Bollywood movies at an unacceptably high volume and is annoying, distracting and often shows content I don't want my kids to see.

Plasma panels

You can eliminate afterglow on a plasma screen using a special moving screen saver. There are other methods: long-term playback of white noise or a bright monochromatic picture. Some plasmas have a function to combat problem pixels (Whitewashing or Pure white buttons).
If we are talking about displays that have been used for a long time for advertising or information purposes, the number of damaged pixels can be very large. In this case, it is difficult to restore their functionality.
Impact stain
Dark spots on the TV are signs of mechanical damage. Such defects appear if the TV device has been dropped or the display has been hit or suffered a strong mechanical impact. The spots have very clear contours.
