Registration process

What is needed for recovery?

To recover the password from your Tricolor TV subscriber account, you must know the receiver ID or contract number. You can view this information on the TV itself, on a map or in documents. If you have a subscription agreement at hand, you can use its number to recover your security key. The same contract also contains the ID of the receiving equipment, consisting of 12 or 14 characters depending on the device model.

If there is no agreement, look at the individual number on the Tricolor TV Smart card.   1. Depositing funds into your account
    You can deposit funds into your Personal Account using any of the recommended payment methods for services. The list of payment methods for services can be found on the Tricolor TV website in the “Payment Methods” section.

    The system does not provide for depositing funds directly into the undistributed balance. This means that you can only deposit funds into a specific service account. The deposited funds will be automatically reserved to the account of this service. In the future, you will be able to transfer funds from the reserve to the undistributed balance, and from there to the account of other services.

    Attention!

    • If at the time of depositing funds into the service account, this service is inactive, it is automatically activated, and the amount is debited from your account according to the current tariff.
