Of course, I decided to start the list with my playlist. The playlist has been running 24/7 since the beginning of 2021 and to this day I update it regularly. Thanks to you and your comments, I was able to improve it. Thank you very much for your comments and links to the channels you share.

There are currently 3 versions of the playlist available:

Possible problems with playlists and how to fix them

The following problems may appear:

• Some channels in the playlist do not work. You need to check the playlist in the Checker program. Provided that a player is installed on the TV and the signal arrives properly at the device, other problems should not arise.
• No broadcast is playing. Try turning your TV off and on again. Test your internet connection speed as well as playlist loading by downloading any other playlist. The player must support the m3u format. The most popular application for watching IPTV is VLC. It is easy to set up and convenient to use.
• There was no sound or picture while watching. This happens when there are errors on the server transmitting the broadcast or when the network speed is insufficient. Contact your provider.

Download the IPTV Player . Click on the link, click “save” and indicate the location where to save the file.

Install the program by running the saved file IpTvPlayer-telplus.exe.

1) Click the “Install” button;

2) When the installation is complete, uncheck all recommended programs and click “Finish”;

Launch the TelPlus IPTV Player program and upon first launch the player will prompt you to select a provider, since the player is pre-configured, we leave everything as is. Click the “OK” button.

Here is the main window of the IP-TV Player program

Click "Settings", select the "General" tab. Click the arrow next to “Network Interface” and select the address of your network card. If you have several network cards, indicate the one that is connected to the TelPlus network. This will allow you to watch IP-TV with PPPoE (Internet) connected.

You can turn on channels by double-clicking the left mouse button.

During installation, IP-TV Player is added to the list of exceptions in the Windows firewall.

If IpTv does not work for you, then try adding the program to the firewall exceptions list manually, according to your operating system

• “Exceptions” tab->Add program->IPTV Player, Ok->Ok

• Vista Control Panel->Security Center->Windows Firewall (left)->Change Settings

• Windows 7.8 Control Panel->Windows Firewall->Allow a program or feature to run through Windows Firewall

Network settings

Almost all firewalls, such as Agnitum Outpost and Kaspersky Internet Security, block IPTV (multicast) by default, as they consider it an attack. In general, it is necessary to enable the IGMP protocol (connection management protocol to multicast groups) in the system rules and allow the player any TCP activity (for downloading channel lists and TV programs) and UDP activity (directly for IPTV).

• Kaspersky Internet Security (option 1) Open Kaspersky Internet Security, click the “Settings” link at the top right
• In the “Settings” window, in the list on the left, select “Threats and exceptions”
• In the right window, in the “Exceptions” field, click the “Settings” button

• Comodo Firewall Protection > Application Monitor: Specify the path to IpTvPlayer.exe, select “Any parent”, check the “Allow any actions by this application” checkbox
• Security > Network Monitor: Select Protocol: IP, go to the IP Details tab and select IP Protocol: IGMP. Move the new rule up one position so that it is before the "Block and Log" rule

If your computer has more than one network card or you are provided with Internet via PPPoE, you must specify a working network card in the player. Since IPTV is usually distributed locally, this will be a card with the address 10.*.*.*. When you first start the player, it will automatically select the first network card. You can change the network card like this: Settings > General > Network interface.

Please note that the VPN or PPPoE connection raised over the local network does not need to be disabled

If the list of TV programs is missing

1) Launch the player, go to IP-TV Player Settings by clicking on the gear icon.

2) Check the “All settings” box. Attention! IP-TV Player will reboot.

3) After rebooting in the advanced settings, in the “General” tab, select the item - “Manage channel lists” and in the drop-down menu select “Select provider”

4) Attention! IP-TV Player will reboot again. And a window with a choice of presets will appear. Make sure that “TelPlus (telplus.ru)” is selected and click “OK”
