Employees of Tricolor TV persistently demanded and forced a replacement - giving Tricolor TV my GS 8300 receiver, worth 3,500 rubles, as a gift, with the purchase of new equipment in cash for 4,000 rubles or in installments for 5,000 rubles (with arbitrary percentages of the original cost ). My repeated requests to the technical support service of Tricolor TV about the non-provision of television and radio broadcasting services from February 2021 to 06.11.2020 were ignored in full; no action was taken on the part of Tricolor TV.
