In this short entry, as always, I will try to briefly talk about the main thing. Let's look at the advantages, what needs to be configured and what is better left alone, how to add an m3u playlist and EPG.
Using the program
The utility allows you to customize everything from the appearance of windows to the method of receiving data. The sound is adjusted with a built-in equalizer. The task scheduler allows you to set the recording time for a specific channel in advance.
Skins change the appearance of the program, adapting it to the user's tastes. You can download the shell from the official website of the developer.
The ProgDVB shell is selected according to your preferences:
The scheduler will not work if the program is not running. Do not stop ProgDVB when recording is scheduled.
In the application you can download playlists of iptv channels. To add new channels to the program, in the “Sources → IPTV client” menu item, specify the downloaded file with the playlist.
Search channels
The program can search and update channels dynamically. When scanning, the program updates such lists based on the specified filter. To do this, launch the application, open “Sources”. You should see a menu in which the connection can be configured in different ways. In this case, we are interested in “IPTV client”.

If you are not an experienced user, then the “Interface” and “Control” settings will be enough for you.
In the Interface settings you do the following:

Everything described below applies to the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite SM-T116 tablet (android 4.4.4, root available). First, BSplayer was installed (I bought it on this site) and the BSplayer ARMv7 plugin for it. LOL!TV was installed after this player was installed. After the installation was completed, a notification appeared prompting you to install Ace Stream Engine. I gave my consent and it was established. After opening Ace Stream Engine, you need to go to their website and register (I chose the free package). It all works as follows: when you click the icon of the selected channel for the second time in the LOL!TV program (if the message CHANNEL IS TEMPORARILY NOT WORKING appears - don’t believe it, click again), the Ace Stream Engine is activated, and after buffering is completed you will be asked to select a player. MX Player flatly refused to work, unlike BSplayer FREE, so I set the latter to permanent selection. In the BSplayer FREE settings, I checked the “high-speed Wi-Fi mode”, “hardware decoding mode”, “alternative hardware decoding mode” (as I understand it, this is an analogue of the “hardware+” mode in MX Player), and in the “codecs that in hardware mode” I checked all the boxes (except for the top two H264) of different codecs (for now, we’ll continue to deal with non-working channels at random, maybe they’ll work). For the software mode I set frame skipping to “auto”, for the hardware mode – “skip undecoded frames”. I also set the landscape (sensor) mode in “Orientation”. There are practically no idle channels. It's annoying that some channels selected by pressing the HD button give a frame rate of 13-17, and some 23-25. The fact is that in fact the video is not HD, but Full HD. When choosing a “regular” channel, the resolution is usually 720x576 and the frame rate is 24-25, which is quite enough for this tablet (and many others). I’m not an expert in this field, but it seems to me that the program will not work without the Ace Stream engine, with just one BSplayer, because this engine organizes the video stream using the p2p method, and during buffering it even shows the number of connected peers. In general, the program made a good impression (a very, very large selection of channels, picture smoothing is present), although in terms of video quality it does not reach UkrTB (which works great with MX Player, is faster and much more economical, and the selection of channels is not bad) , and will also not be able to compete in speed and convenience with the unsurpassed Lanet.TV, which also provides an excellent picture (though, unfortunately, it only has Ukrainian channels). One of the problems of the program is eating up battery power, even if you are not watching anything, but the engine is running - so you work for “return”, as in torrent. Of course, it’s noble to give others the opportunity to watch, but then put your gadget on charge. When used autonomously (I haven’t measured it exactly), the battery drains somewhere between 20% and 50% - depending on being in the Wi-Fi zone. So it’s better to turn off the engine if you don’t need it (or at least limit the output in its settings), at least the icon on the panel won’t let you forget about it. Sorry if I made a mistake somewhere, these are first impressions; I will be glad if you point out and correct.
