Aminov added that work is underway to ensure that the third and fourth regional multiplexes can switch to a full-fledged broadcast mode. Now they are working in test mode in Kazan and Almetyevsk.

“If there is such a decision, then we will be able to create republican and regional multiplexes. We are working on this. There are not many regions that have such a base. Moreover, this is not just a digital multiplex, the picture there is in HD quality,” Aminov emphasized.

As Rifat Khannanov reported, the list of preferential categories that will receive a subsidy includes large families and families raising disabled children with an average per capita income below the subsistence level; single pensioners over 70 years old, and disabled people with an income below 20 thousand rubles.
