How to connect

NTV Plus offers two options to gain access to Multiroom - independently in your personal account or with the help of a representative from the operator.

Self-connection

1. The user orders one or two new additional smart cards from the operator.
2. In your personal account, select the “multiroom connection” option; the account must have an amount equal to that required to pay off the cost of services for the service, based on the number of new devices. In this case, you can pay the minimum for 1 month or the whole year at once.
3. The necessary additional equipment (CAM module or receiver) is purchased from licensed suppliers.
4. In your personal account, you must register new cards and equipment at the same time. They must not be previously registered for another subscription agreement (if purchased secondhand, they must be unlinked from the old agreement).

If the access card breaks down, the user is required to contact the operator with a request to issue a new one, and it is immediately registered in his personal account.

If for some reason the card was unlinked from the existing agreement, then re-registration is carried out exclusively with new equipment. If the card was unlinked by mistake, that is, the subscriber has no intention of using it on new equipment or a personal account, he needs to contact the operator’s representatives in order to reconnect the card to the old agreement.

Only the user whose passport details are indicated in this agreement can register new equipment for the old contract .
