Advantage: the Internet is quite stable. Disadvantage: there are a lot of advertisements. I pay properly and everything works! I can’t single out anything specific; I like both the Internet and television. I cry relatively little, but my head doesn’t hurt about any problems. I am always confident that when I return home from work I will find the Internet turned on and the television working. Akado are thieves. Not only that, you can reach technical support after 40 minutes of listening to music. Not only that, in four years of communication with technical support, the cases when they called back, as the girl accepting applications promised, can be counted on the fingers of one hand. Akado service quality. The speed corresponds to that stated in the contract. Any problems that arose were resolved quickly. Technical support is professional, patient and ALWAYS friendly. The speed is not enough, but the service pleases. I've been using Akado for 4 months now, I switched to a new tariff of 2200. In general, the speed is according to the contract. But in the evenings it’s better to do housework or watch TV. The brakes are terrible, but the company’s employees are responsive and correct, which makes me happy.

Advantages: relative stability, reasonable prices, good internet. Disadvantages: the master does not come, disrespect for regular customers. I have been an Akado subscriber since 2006. Together with TV I paid about 500 rubles. The Internet speed was something like 43, there were never any problems with the signal, very rarely it was turned off for technical reasons. The TV left much to be desired, the minimum package of channels (2 identical channels each (Ren TV), Orthodox and other slag (STS and the like), they cut off everything possible, even Euronews). The signal was often interrupted and the picture froze, but I only have TV for the background, so I didn’t worry about it. I recently moved and Akado offered me, as a regular customer, a new contract at a new TV + Internet address for 600 rubles. per month As I understand it, a Wi-Fi router is free, 400 Internet (with a maximum speed of 100 MB in Moscow) and a TV antenna for 200 rubles. I arrived at a new address after taking time off from work. I waited 1.5 hours, the master never came. I called the support service, they promised that it would be ready soon. The master in the next house was already on his way to me, but then the client asked him to come back and set up a second laptop. So why then did he agree with me at 13:00?! And why didn’t he even call to say that he was very late? After several transfers, I decided to refuse Akado’s services altogether. PS Now I use Wi-Fi from Beeline, 500 rubles. per month (Internet only), speed is about 37, which is enough for me for now.

I’ve been using Akado for 3 years and have no plans to change! And why are there so many negative reviews?! 3 years ago we connected home Internet and cable TV from the Akado provider! We have a normal evening Internet load from 2 computers and a speed of 150 Mbit/s is quite enough. We are connected to Stars HD. For 599 rub./month. Akado provides TV (199 channels), Internet (150 MB/s) + router rental. I think that for such favorable conditions the monthly fee is affordable! For beginners, this tariff is available for 499 rubles per month! I like the functionality of the Akado website. In your personal account, for example, you can find out all the necessary information about your account status or change your tariff plan! Technical support works great and takes calls at any time of the day. Polite managers treat customers attentively and help troubleshoot problems. There were only two interruptions in the operation of the Internet and TV (in 3 years) (and then only short-term). The Internet is stable, enough for 2 computers turned on at the same time. The TV quality is at a high level. The cost of services is adequate.

Tired of constant calls about connection. The only company that, after refusing their offers, still persistently calls and offers its services, even after asking not to call again. They threw leaflets at the mailbox and covered the doors with them. I have lost all desire to be interested in Akado’s services and now I won’t get involved myself, nor will I recommend it to my relatives and friends.

ADVANTAGES: good internet, fast connection, responsive technical support. We connected it for ourselves last summer (2013). Before this, I had read a lot of different reviews, mostly negative, but I was convinced by a friend who had also recently received Internet access from Akado and was quite pleased with it. I don't think I'll want to part with this provider anytime soon. The price of the “Internet + wi-fi” tariff is only 490 rubles per month, provided that Akado is used for 1 year, the equipment becomes my property.
